You need new thyroid and vitamin testing , including iron and ferritin

ALWAYS test early morning, ideally before 9am and only drink water between waking and test

Stop any vitamin supplements that contain biotin 5-7 days before test

Testing options and includes money off codes for private testing

Medichecks and BH also offer private blood draw at clinic near you, or private nurse to your own home…..for an extra fee

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Also coeliac blood test

people with any of the following:

persistent unexplained abdominal or gastrointestinal symptoms

faltering growth

prolonged fatigue

unexpected weight loss

severe or persistent mouth ulcers

unexplained iron, vitamin B12 or folate deficiency

type 1 diabetes, at diagnosis

autoimmune thyroid disease, at diagnosis

irritable bowel syndrome (in adults)

first‑degree relatives of people with coeliac disease.

Previous post showed

No Ft4 test result

Very low Ft3

TSH low

Looking possibly at central hypothyroidism as well as Hashimoto’s

You need cortisol levels tested too

This would need to be private test as well

low TSH normal T4 high TPO

Put like that it doesn't mean anything except that you have Autoimmune Thyroiditis - aka Hashi's. To make any sense of it we would need a lot more information, including the actual numbers: results and ranges and a time-line, if possible. You also need an FT3 result/range to get the full picture. :)
