You need new thyroid and vitamin testing , including iron and ferritin
ALWAYS test early morning, ideally before 9am and only drink water between waking and test

Put like that it doesn't mean anything except that you have Autoimmune Thyroiditis - aka Hashi's. To make any sense of it we would need a lot more information, including the actual numbers: results and ranges and a time-line, if possible. You also need an FT3 result/range to get the full picture.
