So what is wrong with my GP surgery.
They do put stuff on the MyGP app but it is quite limited well 💩. Been having shall we say communication difficulties, got some great advice/tips from Narwhal10 and contacted GP surgery to confirm correct email address. So sorted an email sent email an hour later received the "your email cannot be delivered, access denied" so i am going to hand it in and collect a pee pot, they really are both metaphorically and literally taking the piss.
Just need to find out now who and where the DPO is at whichever organisation covers my GP practice and send copy to them.
The same practice has been unable to add my disabled daughter to my account on My GP app for 2 years, I have tried everything , getting nowhere. They also have not signed up to NHS on-line services, so although I have an account the surgery does not allow/share information. So I cannot use on line services at all to access information, book appointments etc. Really underwhelmed with them
