what are optimal T3 and T4 levels?

Hello, i had my endocrinologist appt and she didn't seem particularly interested in my

-low free T4 levels (several times they have been under range or at the very bottom of the range)

-free T3 which last time it was checked was 3.89 in range 3.1-6.8

she has done more bloods, if they are the same as before or similar does this mean I don't have thyroid issues? and these results are fine? or do you know where i can find evidence that these results are not optimal?

i am undiagnosed and have all the symptoms but i'm trying to figure out if this is something that might help me or if i am barking up the wrong tree. everyone i've seen so far says 'well your results are in range so you are fine" but i really really am not fine at all
