Hi there because of the fatigue I am experiencing, I am thinking of having some tests done to see if my cortisol is ok. I am aware of the short synachten test, the straight forwards blood test for cortisol or the 4x a day saliva test. Not really sure where to start or if this will be useful to my healing?
Can anyone advise?

Have you had your T3 tested alongside your TSH and T4 to check if you are converting enough from T4 to the most important T3 hormone. My cortisol was too low when my T3 was also too low. Once I was prescribed T3 combined with T4 medications my cortisol shot up. I felt great almost immediately from previously not being able to walk through lack of energy.
Hi, I'd like to follow this one. I have low t3, I have strange neuralgia symptoms, numb down whole left side, ice feet, sticky eye, racy heart, feel like your having a stroke.. so I started reading. T3 and cortisol are linked, a burst of power usage helps. I had a quite bad turn one night, next day I had to get hay, unloading seemed to actually help. When I go numb I start to dance.I'm due to see endo soon (this year hope)
