Thybon Versus Tiromel

Hi I have to swap from Thybon Henning T3 to Tiromel. I split a 20mcg pill of Thybon into 4 and use 3 of this across the day. The Tiromel is a 25 mcg pill. Will it be okay to split it into quarters and use as I have been doing. Effectively this will give me 3.75mcg extra T3 daily.

I would split it into quarters and use two per day. I find Tiromel not quite so gentle as Thybon so you might find the dose reduction OK. If not try taking 2 and 3 quarters on alternate days, this will be very close to your current dose. Since LT3 has a 24 hour half life you will still have half the extra quarter in your blood on the day you are taking just 2 quarters, so there will be very little variation in T3 levels.
