My daughter is nearly 3 years old and has had two thyroid blood tests over the last 6 months. I will post the results below. She had another blood test last week and we are due to see the pediatrician about the results tomorrow. Wanting some feedback / thoughts on these results so far please to hopefully inform our next steps, depending on the most recent results also. I’m unsure what normal levels are for someone her age…
For context - I am hypothyroid and have been since I was a kid. My mum is also hypothyroid as was her mum, so there is a clear family history.
Her TSH and FT4 were:
Blood test 1 - TSH 8.2 , FT4 11.8
Blood test 2 - TSH 6.2 , FT4 14.9
Thanks in advance for any feedback!

These results are looking hypo to me, however I am aware that childrens ranges differ from adults.
Has she had antibody tests for both TPO & Tg?
Does she have symptoms?
I'd recommend getting vitamins checked - ferritin, folate, B12 & D3. Private tests are available, see link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
There is also a new company offering walk in (includes free blood draw) & mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...
Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.
