Looking for thoughts on my latest test results

I would appreciate thoughts on my latest test results .......

TSH .062 (.45 - 4.5 )

FT4 1.29 (.82 _ 1.77)

Ft3 2.6 (2 _ 4.4)

Cortisol 14.9 *6.2 _ 19.4)

I have been on 75 mcgs Levo and 12.5 mcgs of T3 for the last 2 months. Do you think that I need to tweak my doses of T4 and T3? Will see my GP doc soon. Thank you VERY much.

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

On T3 - day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day with last dose 8-12 hours before test

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels last tested

Sorry, I should have included the fact that I adhered to all the suggestions on this site re the timing of the blood draw, etc. Also, all of my vitamin and ferritin levels are in very good shape.

FT4: 1.29 pmol/l (Range 0.82 - 1.77)

Ft4 only 49.47% through range

FT3: 2.6 pmol/l (Range 2 - 4.4)

Ft3 only 25.00% through range

How do you feel?

Thanks Slowdragon.......I know from what I have learned on this site that the ft3 and ft4 should be in the upper end of the ranges......so perhaps I should increase the dosage of each.........or especially the FT3 ? Difficult to say how I feel......being 89 yrs of age......and the various aches and pains associated with old age. I could use more energy........and stronger muscles......or more flexible muscles, especially in the legs.

It looks like you could do with a little more T3. How are your hormone levels? Have you recently tested your testosterone?

Thank you sexyfish........I agree.....a little more T3 might be the answer. I have not had my testosterone checked.....but I feel that's probably ok.
