A very interesting article, which agrees, on the whole, with advice given on this forum, but goes into a bit more detail, so I have saved it for future reference.
It’s a bit of a minefield getting supplementation right, and some of us are a bit gung-ho, thinking that more is better, and ignorant of the interactions between supplements.
