Welcome to forum.
Many people are left too long before receiving treatment. It’s due to the focus on TSH (a pituitary hormone) over testing actual thyroid levels (the FT4 & FT3).
How long have you been on replacement? It’s usually to start on 50mcg levo. Then it’s important to retest after 6-8 weeks and increase by 25mcg per day if needed until you are at correct dose. Has this happened? What is your current dose?
Most are well with TSH around 1 and FT4 top 3rd of range FT3 over 50%.
Do you have online access or printed copies of your results?
Share on here and we can advise better.

Don't worry as many members are very helpful and I am sure within a couple of months you will feel much better and you'll be advised what will be best for you,
No wonder you are annoyed of your weight gain but that's quite common for some people.
My TSH was tested and I was told I had no problems. GP had no idea what a TSH of 100 indicated.
Thankfully due to Thyroiduk who began this forum I feel my health is now normal.
