Difficulty in obtaining Morningside Liothyronine

I have been taking 5mcg of Liothyronine twice daily alongside 75mg of Levothyroxine prescribed by my consultant around 4 years ago. ( I have had Hashimotos' disease for almost 40 years)My problem is that I cannot obtain Morningside brand of Liothyronine from my usual pharmacies. I was put onto Viatris/Sigma pharma which just rapidly brings back hypo symptoms for me.

Does anyone out there know how or where I can obtain Morningside preferably in Brighton?

Boots are very good at getting Morningside 5mcg tabs for me. I'd say never fail but I'm about to get a prescription filled and I don't want to hex it.

Thank you for reply. I cannot get Boots to answer the phone but will go in tomorrow. Morningside Healthcare say there are no supply issues but pharmacies say there are! Good luck!

You could see if any pharmacy have 20mcg and ask gp to print new script. Just use pill cutter to divide into 4. I really hope there isn't an issue with Morningside, I'm do se well on it after feeling dreadful on Mercury pharma
