Hello.

My last medichecks results for vitamins are

Folate - 40.7 ( range is 8.83-60.8 )

B12 active - >150 ( range is 37.5-188 )

Vitamin D - 139 ( range is 50-250 )

Ferritin - 272 ( range is 30-150 )

I'm wondering what I should be aiming for as I keep reading that the thyroid medication don't be as effective unless my vitamins are optimal.

Thanks.

Baboon2721,

Foalte and Vit B12 are great. I'm guessing Vit D measurement is nmol/L and usually around 125nmol/L is preferable. Ferritin is over range and can be caused by inflammation if you aren't supplementing iron.
