Private consultants who prescribe Erfa

Hi there! I have been feeling great on Erfa since February this year -- much better than I felt on a combination of Levothyroxine and Cytomel during the previous 25 years. Now my consultant no longer accepts Inuvi which was the only company that provided a nurse to come to my home to draw my blood. I'm now required to purchase one of their finger prick tests. I just moved here from Canada so I can't drive to a lab and they exclusively accept their own finger prick test. The trouble is that I have tried and tried to get blood out of my finger for these tests in the past and just cannot do it. One of my main symptoms is poor circulation and I can never fill these tests to the line. Can anyone recommend a private consultant that prescribes Erfa? I've been doing so well on this medication. I'm also going through other health challenges (infected kidney stones) so I'm very overwhelmed at having to look for a new thyroid consultant. I'm also almost out of medication because I had a test done through Inuvi that my consultant will not accept.
