I posted some time ago a query whether I really needed to take Levothyroxine as I felt. I was being treated as hypothyroid to avoid more frequent B12 jabs. In the meantime my husband has had a health scare & I have been caring for him He is 100% now & I have finally obtained my latest Thyroid levels. T4-11.3 (12.22)
TSH 2.72 (0.27 -42)
I have been on 25mcg Levothyroxine daily for approx. 5 years

I would suspect that you have Hashimoto's if you previously had 'hyperthyroidism' and now you have gone underactive.
25mcgs Levo is just a low starting dose. Your dose should be increased every 6-8 weeks following blood tests until your TSH is at or just under 1. Yours is still over 2 and may be unreliable due to the hyperthyroid episode.
Your FT4 is below range. Do point that out to your GP.
There is no result for FT3 which is the active hormone. You can get this tested privately. see link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
There is also a new company offering walk in & mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...
Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.
As you have been under replaced for so many years you likely also have vitamin deficiencies or very low levels. I'd suggest also getting tests for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3.
As thyroid patients we often have to put ourselves in the driving seat as far as treatment goes and be proactive and assertive to feel well.
