Hi.Can anyone advise me on my latest blood test results
TSH 0.01(0.40-4.90mn/L)
T4 12.02 (9-22)
T3 3.02
Doctor will not increase dosage of Thyroxine due to low TSH although I am still experiencing symptoms of Hypo, tired, hairloss, muscle aches. Is the Dr correct? I am currently taking 150mcgs of Thyroxine. Thank you

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Was this test done early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test ?
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose change or brand change in levothyroxine
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested
Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
Can see in past your vitamin D was extremely deficient, B vitamins low
Have you ever had thyroid antibodies tested
About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease, usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies
Autoimmune thyroid disease with goitre is Hashimoto’s
Autoimmune thyroid disease without goitre is Ord’s thyroiditis.
Both are autoimmune and generally called Hashimoto’s.
Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease
20% of autoimmune thyroid patients never have high thyroid antibodies and ultrasound scan of thyroid can get diagnosis
In U.K. medics hardly ever refer to autoimmune thyroid disease as Hashimoto’s (or Ord’s thyroiditis)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Have you ever been over replaced or hyperthyroid? In some people it can take many months for TSH to go back to normal, if it ever does.
Your GP should be taking into consideation your free hormone levels which are getting low. Your FT4 is only 23% of its range and you haven;t given a reference range for FT3 but it looks almost deficient by many labs ranges.
Thats a large dose of Levo that you are taking and the blood results are really not lining up with that. Do you always take Levo by itself on an empty stomach 1 hour away from food and caffeine containing drinks?
Are you taking any other meds that might be interfering with its absorption?
What supplements are you taking?
What are your last results for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3?
