Regard all. I've been treating hypothyroid for many years with Thyroid S (Thailand). I am seeing a new NDT called "Real Thyroid" from Vietnam. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with this. I'm not finding any reviews when I search for them. Love to hear from anyone who uses this or has used. Thanks everyone, I have learned so much valuable information here!

I wouldn’t touch it. I’ve just been reading some comments on here from three years ago and have also found it via an internet search. Makes false claims about contents.

Thanks Everywhere & helvella, I had that funny feeling about it so I'm glad I asked. Once burned twice shy and all. I'll stick with what I'm using but gee, the price is rising. Like everything else I guess.... Thanks again what a great group this is!

Just like Hidden , I wouldn't touch it.

At least a significant proportion of references to it around the internet are fake - that is, placed by people involved with selling it.

It's so good they felt the need to produce a second very similar product.

Sorry for delayed response, Brightness. I'd say supply, demand and cost. A sudden price increase occurred so while reassessing suppliers I just happened upon this alternative. I'm always trying to keep abreast of these situations as I was caught entirely off guard by the sudden departure of "Thiroid". This place is such an incredible source of information and support for these events!

Not sure if you are still looking for reactions, but as others have said: stay away from it. Something I read on a thyroid blog made me suspicious so I dug a little deeper. It turns out the alledged manufacturer (Eastern Pharmaceuticals) in Vietnam does not exist and the website is a scam. Compare that to Thyroid-S, Thiroyd and TR, all made by reputable Thai companies with websites.

The person (yes, one and the same) promoting Real Thyroid and VitaliThy used to sell Thai NDT to customers in Europe. I suspect he has Real Thyroid and VitaliThy manufactured but not by a legit drug manufacturer. Why else have them produced in Vietnam of all places?! As a result, we cannot know what these products contain. They are also very expensive.

I just read a horrifying story on FB about stray dogs and cats in Vietnam being captured and fattened before being slaughtered and used as a food ingredient.

That makes me so happy I never touched the Vietnamese stuff. I am not saying they put dogs and cats in their products. But since the company said to manufacture them does not seem to exist (it does not even have a working website), we have no way of knowing where they source their raw material, nor what these products actually contain.
