Hi - I'm 39 and have had hashimotos / under active thyroid for 10+ years. I have suffered from 3 miscarriages recently + had 2 poor quality / outcome IVF egg retrievals. I'm on 100mg of levothyroxine, TSH is in range (around 2) but T3 is really at the bottom of the range. I don't think I'm converting t4 to t3 very well and think I need to supplement additionally. Pls could you send me a list of the doctors who might be prescribing that in London ideally? Thanks a lot!

Welcome to the forum
First step is to get FULL Thyroid and vitamin testing done BEFORE booking any consultation
Most important result is always Ft3
Which brand of levothyroxine are you taking, do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
please add most recent TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 results
Was test done as recommended…..early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
Please add results and ranges
Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking
As you have Hashimoto’s have you had coeliac blood test and are you on strictly gluten free and/or dairy free diet
