private blood tests info please

hello, my previous blood test included TSH, T4, and T3. It showed raised T4 and GP advised me to adjust my levothyroxine. I have just had another blood test which came back with just the TSH results. The NHS lab refused to test T3 and T4. I need to find out if my T4 has reduced so it looks like I will need to do it privately. Can anyone advise on where I can do that please?
