Ft4 = 12 pmol/L range 12-22
TSH = 2.67 mu/L range 0.27-4.2
I mean what they say is normal may not be. I just constantly feel I unwell.

Hi, Jan 23 vitamin d was 34nmol range 30-300 given medsTsh was 2.57
My b12 is high because I have 3 month injections
Folate was 1.3 given folic acid
Ferritin 104 ug/l
I did a e consult weeks ago but heard nothing from doctors.
Have you finished prescription folic acid?

Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule)

IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results

In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg)

Hi, the admins will prob ask for your t3 and key vitamin levels,were they tested?I know most people feel best when tsh is around 1.Your t4 is very low.It should be in upper quadrant.To compare my t4 is currently around 20 (range 12-22).What symptoms do you have?fatigue,constipation,brain fog,gastro issues,muscle aches and pains?
