Thyroid test frequency

I did my last test on the 15 May this year which showed poor conversion of T4 to T3. I’m desperate to do another test is it too soon?

So it's 10 weeks since your last test. Did you alter your dose of thyroid meds? If so then now s the time to retest following our advised protocol.

No I didn’t change my thyroid dose but I did start Vitamin B complex in the hope that it would improve conversion

So I would repeat the test and see where all your levels lie, post results/ranges on the forum for members to make suggestions.
