when i wake in the mornings my back feels as though it’s on fire and also feel really down. Is this a sign of being over medicated. I seem to go along feeling ok and then have spells feeling like this.

If you could post your latest results then we could understand a little better. They don't sound like standard overmedicated symptoms though.
Are you supplementing vitamin levels and of so what are you taking and what were your latest results?
Usually nerve related - trapped nerve, neuropathic etc.
