metavive - headaches

I have tried adding metavive 1 to my regime but I’m wondering if it’s causing my headaches. I tried searching and one post came up from a couple of years ago, so thought I’d ask again if anyone else experiences this.

Just checking what vitamin supplements you are taking and what your latest vitamin results are? We need OPTIMAL vitamin levels for our thyroid hormone to work well.

all are optimal apart from ferritin which is 25 😩 (13-150) but I’ve been slightly over range with iron in the past and currently 25.5 (6.6-26) so it’s tricky.

Metavive was fine until they changed the recipe about 2 years ago. After that many of us found it made us unwell.
