Missed some meds

When I took my meds this morning I saw that there was 1/4 of a tablet still left in my pillbox (25mcg) from yesterday.

I take 25mcg T3 and 75mcg T4 per day. Will it be OK to take the 25mcg I missed later on today?

I think we need to know whether this 1/4 tablet is T3 or T4 ?

If T4 is does not matter as T4 is pretty much inert and a storage hormone.

T3 is the active hormone and much more potent and would imagine you would know if you missed a dose ?

How do you normally take the 25mcg T3 and 75mcg T4 throughout the day ?

Oops sorry, my mistake. It's the T4. I normally take them all when I get up, around 7.30-8.30.

OK then - no worries - I've read of people taking a weeks worth of T4 in 1 go !!

Not suggesting this - but just saying this to hopefully turn that frown into a smile.
