in fairness, it can be confusing for those recently diagnosed to know where to find help, especially when they have more than one condition. I am sure that Yorkshire man will find this site helpful once he gets to grips with everything and know what can and can't be posted. For most of us it is invaluable.

Finding help about the condition can be difficult.

But this question was about getting hold of the membership package from Thyroid UK (having joined). And this forum really cannot help with that other than by referring the member to Thyroid UK office. (That is, telling the member. We do not have any special route to Thyroid UK.)
