T3 only and HRT

I would love to know if anyone is on T3 only plus HRT and feeling good. If so, what dose of T3? Thanks.

morning I’m on T3 only 30/40 every other day that’s what works for me & I’m peri menopausal started HRT 9 weeks ago I’m currently on the sandrena gel 0.5mg & feel great hope this helps

Thank you for your response. Do you mean you take your T3 dosage every other day or that you take 30 one day and 40 the next? Would you mind explaining for me?

Yes 75mcg T3 and HRT but have still not found quite right dose. 75mcg was good pre HRT but is a bit low now. Tried higher but still not right

Yes, T3 only - 25mcg divided into 3 doses per day (I'm quite petite). Bio identical HRT for last 15+ years. Secondary hypo.

Thank you. I’m on 40mcg but now that I am on HRT, I am wondering if I need to reduce my T3 dose as I have not felt as good over the last couple of weeks.

Yes: 75mcg T3 (only) and compounded HRT which includes estradiol and progesterone sublingual, plus testosterone gel in a small dose (I am female). I feel very good on these doses. But it sometimes takes tweaking so I hope you find a good balance!
