Help please with T3 results . I am taking 30 mcg

Your TSH is far too high. 30mcgs is a lowish dose for T3 only. You need to increase.

When did you take your last T3 before this test?

What are your latest results for vitamins and are you supplementing, if so with what?

Thank you for your reply. I took my last T3 at 11.30pm , and had my bloods taken at 8.10am. I am also taking vit D3 , omega 3 fish oil , zinc and selenium . Do you think I should increase T3. . ?

Yes you need to increase T3 by 5-10mcgs but only do that 5mcgs at a time for 2 weeks before increasing again.
