Levo 100mcg daily and T3 5mcg twice daily

Previous results are below. Awaiting a telephone consultation as I still don't feel hugely better. Feel my concentration has dipped again and I'm still really tired but slightly more motivated/energy to do things

Do you have a reading for Free T3 (FT3)n addition to total T3?

To raise FT3 further, you could ask for an increase in Liothyronine in your telephone consultation with your endo, perhaps taking 10mcg in the morning and another 5mcg in the afternoon (if splitting the dose is working well for you).

How long have you been in the reduced dose of Levothyroxine (ie 100mcg instead of your previous 150mcg?)

Have you tested key vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 & Vit D) as having these optimal supports thyroid health.

Suggest you get TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 tested together

Test early morning, ideally just before 9am

Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test and last 5mcg dose T3 approx 8-12 hours before test

What vitamin supplements are you taking

FT4: 12.8 pmol/l (Range 9 - 21)

Ft4 now only 31.67% through range

Suggest you request to increase levothyroxine up to 112.5mcg daily and retest in 6-8 weeks
