Just querying if there is such a thing a a liquid Liothyronine T3 meds , like they do the Levo ?

Yes and no!

Liotir is a liquid liothyronine product. But is only available in Italy - to the best of my knowledge.

The liquid is largely ethanol (ordinary alcohol) which might not suit everyone.
