I am running out of my t3 which is SignaPharma Cytomel, as the doctor wont renew my prescription. I am in US and recently got some Tiromel, it is 25 mcg. I saw a post awhile ago that Trinomel is very weak and to take it I would need to increase dosage to be equal to my cytomel. Does anyone have recommendations? How much Tiromel equals 5 mcg of cytomel? Anyone have thoughts about the dosage? Thank you.

You really can't take someone else's experience as that being the same for everyone. Yes, some members have said they have found Tiromel weaker than other brands, but we have some members who say Tiromel is the best T3 they've taken, so it's a very individual thing.
As you are taking 5mcg SigmaPharma then I would quarter a 25mcg Tiromel tablet which will give you 6.25mcg and try that. If it's a bit weaker then the slightly higher dose might be enough to give you the equivalent, just start at that point and go from there.
