Propolis

I've been suffering with excess mucous at the back of my throat and read that Propolis can help ,so I've bought some.

However, I just did a bit of googling for the best time to take it, and found it can reduce T3 levels. Does anyone take Propolis or have any info about this? Thanks

informaniac,

I've tried the dropper, and the freeze dried Propolis sprinkled on cereal but I didn't like either, and didn't know it reduced T3 levels either! 😳

My answering will move your post back on to the daily feed for members to re-view, and maybe someone will have more input.

Thanks 😊 I'm giving it a miss until I hear something definite - too much of a risk.
