Thank You for giving me some advice on Vitamin B complex. I am also thinking of taking Biotin as my hair is thinning and I have heard it’s good for my problem . Can you give me any advice on which ones to take.

Sorry, no experience of biotin so can't suggest one. However I would mention that when taking B Complex and/or biotin then you should leave this off for 3-7 days before any blood test as biotin (which is also in B Complex) causes false results. The higher amount in a stand alone biotin supplement (often around 5-10mg compared to around 300-500mcg in a B Complex) requires 7 days, if just using B Complex 3 or 4 days would be enough.
