The most common cause of hypothyroidism is Hashimotos and you previously had raised TGAb’s. Thyroid antibodies can fluctuate massively and it may be if you were to retest now both TGAb and TPOAb are raised. It is possible to also have a few TRAb’s in the mix too! The resulting inner turmoil and immune chaos can make us feel very ill and with each attack the gland may become a bit more destroyed meaning as the attack subsides a Levo increase is required. I think this is the stage you are at now.
It is thought that by keeping thyroid hormones optimised it reduces more thyroid gland activity (reducing attacks) but this is difficult if hormones are waxing and waning. If this were me I would be looking to reduce inflammation which is a large part of the driving force behind Hashi. The inflammation is caused primarily by the up regulated immune system gone askew but also if you are over weight, perhaps not gluten free should you have intolerances, perhaps have gut issues due to infection, etc.
Keeping iron and nutrients optimal will go a long way in helping thyroid hormones do their job better, especially the natural anti inflammatories such as Vit D, selenium and fish oils. Have you kept up the Berberine? I’m sorry you are going through this. Have you read The Root Cause by Isabella Wentz for better Hashimotos understanding?
since 100mcg was previously too much and 75mcg is currently to little ....personally i'd try 87.5mcg for a couple of months see if levels settle down .... if it's not enough, then go back to 100cmcg .
Because you only had one test done when taking 100mcg regularly , it's impossible to say whether the previous high T4 /FT3 results on 100mcg were really due to that dose being too high for you, or whether it was your thyroid dumping some extra in there temporarily as a result of a hashimoto's attack.
To get 87.5mcg dose, 75mcg / 100mcg on alternate days is commonly prescribed ...or if you prefer to take the same dose each day cut a 25mcg in half and take the other half the next day .
