How low can TSH get to before it becomes a problem?

Hello beautiful people!

I've been tracking my thyroid results and combined a chart.

I take levothyroxine only and don't react well to T3 at all.

I noticed that my T4 and T3 levels look their best when my TSH is suppressed, but how low can it go before if becomes a problem and a risk for the heart?

For example, this is the test from a few years back when my Ts were great:

TSH: 0.13 (0.3-5.5)

T4: 51% of the range

T3: 60% of the range

Back then, the doctor asked me to lower my meds (from 100 to 75 mcg) and I did feel slightly hyper symptoms (feeling more tired and over-medicated, which is my both hypo and hyper-symptom)

So how low can TSH go to on levo before it becomes too low and problematic?

There is very good evidence that long term TSH 0.04 -0.4 (in patients on levo) has no greater risks than TSH in-range does.

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu....

That post has links to other useful stuff on the subject of low TSH / risk/ quality of life .

eg one showing supressed TSH had no significant effect on bone loss.

fT4 and fT3 level that are 'too high' is the real issue that should cause concern , rather r than the 'lack' of TSH.

....How high is "too high" ..... 'how long is a piece of string' lol
