6 weeks ago my levothyroxine was increased to 100mg daily (to 700mg weekly from 500mg).
My tsh has fallen to 0.12, (previously 0.9 mid Jan 23 and 1.52 in Sept 22) my serum free t4 has remained the same at 16.9. I don’t have a t3 result. For the last two weeks I have been feeling chilled to the bone and cannot get warm. (So the opposite of what I would expect). The GP says my tsh is ok even though it’s abnormal range. After asking, he is running all tests again including t3, full bloods, kidneys, vit D.
I am confused as to why I am feeling so cold as normally this is when I am underdosed.

Are you still you taking Levo as daily dose ? (Sometimes a weekly dose recommended? Just checking this not in your case, you are just showing weekly totals?)
With an increase you expect TSH to lower & FT4 to rise.
FT3 wasn’t tested so you can’t see if you a converting well or not.
Please add range for FT4.
Low / under range TSH is very common, many accept low TSH to have FT4 & FT3 at an adequate level.
You are describing an under-replaced symptoms so it might be good to arrange private test with FT3 & key nutrients folate, ferritin, B12 & vitamin D.
