Does anyone know if taking Clopidogrel, Aspirin and liothyronine together is ok?

Hi

I had a funny turn last night resulting in the GP putting me on the stroke pathway. I obviously told her I was on Thyroid medication but just double checking if there are any known interactions with these meds?

Many Thanks

Sorry to hear about your turn, my Dad just had one too. He isn’t on Levo but on the others you mention.

This is a useful site bnf.nice.org.uk/interaction...

You can look up all drugs and see the recommendations for any with known interactions with others.

Folks usually say leave at least two hours between Levo and other medications and vitamins (4 for iron) so probably wise to look at the timings you are taking these.

That’s great, thank you - I’m sure the Dr checked but from experience I like to do a bit more investigation - I hope your Dads ok x

Try Drugs.com website it is better than any that are provided by NICE or the NHS.
