Low stomach acid

Hi, I'm planning going camping on my motorbike. My question is, what can I take for low stomach acid as taking apple cider vinegar not an option. Is there something in tablet, powder or capsule form that is just as effective?

betaine with pepsin tablets are good. Take with / during high protein meals to aid digestion.

Helped me loads early on. Don’t seem to need it now.

I think they are magic, stopped all the overly full, sick into mouth when bending over symptoms straight away.

Oh and giving up dairy and most sugar/sugary food also 😫

Digestive enzymes help break down food if you cant tolerate apple cider vinegar. Another option is s low dose of betaine hcl or squeezing lemon in water or your water. Also, you can try bitters since they stimulate acid production.

Just remembered a good amount of b1 is needed to produce acid in the stomach and helps digestion. Start slow and low if you decide to. B1 can deplete potassium

Betaine raises the stomach acid and it's good to take digestive enzymes too.

Not sure, ive ordered high strength apple cider vinegar capsules, but i think ill take squeezy bottle of lemon with me, as I enjoy lemon and water i in the morning after taking my levo and t3. Ill try the lime one aswell. 🌸🌸🌸🌸
