T3 level, potassium

I had a test at the end of December, but only TSH which was 3.1 (range here is 0.27-4.20). GP agreed to test again last week, adding T3, T4 and TPO. These latest results are TSH 3.23, T4 15.5 (range 12-22), T3 flagged at 3.8 as range is 3.9 - 6.70 but declared normal, no action. TPO is 7 (should be less than 35). Last test done at 9am, previous one at 1pm. So TSH up a bit but is the T3 result concerning? Serum potassium has gone up from 4.5 to 5.4 in this test (range is 3.5 to 5.3), flagged but deemed satisfactory. Is this connected to thyroid? Non HDL cholesterol gone up from 3.4 to 3.6 in the latest test. B12 was tested but results not on the sheet I've been sent. I've got a telephone consultation with the GP next week.

Just got the B12 result, at 404, range is 197-771. This looks ok but now reading that 400 can be seen as a threshold in older people (I'm 66).

You also need vitamin D, folate and ferritin levels tested

Autoimmune thyroid disease can have high TPO antibodies or high Thyroglobulin (TG) antibodies

NHS currently only tests TG antibodies if TPO antibodies are high. Significant minority of Hashimoto’s patients only have high TG antibodies

Would need to test privately
