I posted my latest thyroid results the other day and have now received my other results.

could some look at them and tell me if they are ok please?

Blood haematinic levels Serum vitamin B12 level 508 ng/L [197.0 - 771.0].

Serum folate level > 20.0 ug/L [3.0 - 20.0] Above Recommended Range

Serum ferritin level 50 ug/L [13.0 - 150.0]

Platelet count - observation 262 10*9/L [150.0 - 400.0]

Monocyte count - observation 0.77 10*9/L [0.21 - 0.92]

Eosinophil count - observation 0.19 10*9/L [0.02 - 0.67]

Nucleated red blood cell count 0.00 10*9/L

Folate and B12 good

Presumably you are supplementing vitamin B complex

Ferritin needs improving to at least over 70.

Nearer 100 maybe better

No vitamin D result

thank you, for getting back to me. yes I’ve bee taking for a few months Thorne basic B complex and now take ferrous sulfate three time a day. Doctor didn’t test vitamin d cause he said the last bloods showed I was ok.

So you need to retest vitamin D at least annually

Aiming for vitamin D at least over 80nmol minimum
