I'm afraid I can't read a single thing in your results.
Maybe remove that image and replace with a higher quality one?
Even adding an image to a reply might be better.

Sorry but your results are impossible to read, they are so small and blurry and I'm using a PC with a large monitor.
Can you re-submit excluding any white space and just showing the results and ranges. If necessary split into more than one image, you can add images in "Replies", one image per reply.

It is pointless retesting when having B12 injections and your GP should know this. Your level will obviously be high after injections.
Your B12 level was below range, did they test for Pernicious Anaemia and is this your diagnosis? If so B12 injections are for life.
Hi no they not tested me for pernicious anaemia.
Did you check for symptoms of B12 deficiency, SlowDragon gave you a link to them. Did you ask your GP to test for Pernicious Anaemia, he should have done with a below range result and if you had symptoms. SlowDragon also suggested that you ask for advise on the PA forum but you don't seem to have done that.
No I've not asked the gp should I ask now or is it to late? I will post for advice
I had to open in a new tab and then zoom in! But once I did that, it was readable.
There is no point in retesting B12 - it will be high due to injections!
I suggest you visit the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum and post about your B12.
Your folate is high. Are you supplementing?
Under normal circumstances, you should not start folic acid supplementation while having low B12. However, there could be many reasons for your folate/B12 state.
I was taking folic acid while pregnant but stop few weeks ago.
That makes sense.
Folic acid can mask B12 deficiency by preventing oversized red blood cells which are often regarded as a prime sign of B12 deficiency.
Also, the process of starting folic acid while B12 deficient can precipitate Subacute Combined Degeneration of the Spinal Cord:

I urge you to visit the PAS forum.

Did you avoid gas and air during labour
Your baby should probably have B12 levels tested, especially if breast feeding
