High liver enzymes now in range

Hello lovely people,

I’m feeling pretty chipper today. My high liver enzymes are now in range. I thought that the hypo meant that I would have to live with high enzymes, but they came down with just slight diet changes in just a month.

That is great news - it’s a funny one the liver tests as you worry that your liver needs to be in tip top condition to support t3 conversion and any sense it is not is a concern

Means you will relax for Christmas …I hope :)

Thanks. I’ll relax once I get the house cleaned, the gifts sent, and have decided what to make for Christmas dinner.

Have a merry Christmas!

Can I ask, what were you doing before and after that changed your results? I've just had the same results so could do with some support here. Thank you

Hi thanks for following up - can you provide a little more detail in what you are looking for - this is an older thread I think

I was surprised as hell when my liver enzymes were reduced just with diet changes in a month. I did a lot of reading and added recommended items to my diet, such as coffee, avocado, tomato sauce (as in spaghetti). But I also started drinking a lot of water, which was key for me as I’m not a water drinker. I added a fruity tea bag to a pitcher of water and drank that throughout the day, and am continuing to do it. Hopefully, my enzymes have stayed low. Good luck!
