Sorry but I have never had this problem ever but in case it helps, are you keeping it in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture and out of direct sunlight and at a temperature of 25 degrees or under (but not in the fridge)?
Oh Dear that's really puzzling and annoying and I am at a loss as to what to suggest other than maybe e-mailing the company or pharmacy who supplied them to you - perhaps you could emphasise the fact that they are extremely expensive and you aren't in a position to buy more. Really sorry I can't help😢
I have been taking Armour for at least 7 years, and they have never crumbled.
However my pills come in their original container from America and unopened. As you mention that yours are in a glass bottle , I assume they are transferred from the original plastic pot in the Pharmacy? . It could be that they may be in a warm area there. Plus are you given the expiry date on the bottle. It should be quite a fair way in advance
