I’ve been on 100mcg and 75mcg Levo on alternate days, together with a total of 15mcg t3 that I split into 3 doses. Since the cold weather appeared, I’ve been feeling the cold and my hands are cold. Also more lethargic. GP has told me to take 100mcg Levo every day. My question is how long before I should start noticing an improvement? Thanks

6-8 weeks probably
Looking at previous posts, are you still taking omeprazole or Gaviscon……likely not helping with vitamin absorption
I only took for omeprazole for a week and only occasionally take Gaviscon - but I ensure it’s 4 hours either side of doses.
