How much salt is recommended daily if you have hypothyroidism?

I don't think there's any sort of guidance on that. Nor, I don't think, is there any connection between salt intake and hypo. I would say you need the same amount as anyone else. However, low-salt diets are not good for the adrenals, because they need salt.
