Advice re blood results and moving forward. Can i supplement nhs prescription?

I'd really like some advice for moving forward. I have just had review with nhs endocrinologist after 3 month trial on t3. My blood results haven't been sent yet but he said they weren't much different to ones in july.

Dose 75/15

T4 11.7 (8-19.1)

T3 4.1 (2.4-6)

Tsh 0.01 (0.35-4.94)

Previous dose 125/10

T4 12.5

T3 4.2

Tsh <0.01

Saw a different doctor this time . I said i felt my palpitations (gone) brain fog and sleep all improved but my joints, particularly my feet worse on lower t4. I asked for increase to 100 and keep 15 t3 but he said no!!! He agreed to put me back on original 125/10. My palpitations are back after less than a week on reduced t3. I'd like to try 100 t4 and 15 t3.

Is it possible to buy my own t3 and take 5mcg myself on top of nhs prescription.

It is also possible to buy levo. There are folks on here who do. If you cant source T3 and can get them to put you back on 75/15 then you you buy 25mcg levo to top up.

oh....i never thought about that!! I assume that t4 to buy would be cheaper? And possibly easier? I feel like i am almost there. When i came back from holiday i discovered that i had accidently been taking 125 abt 15 instead of 75. The 100s and 50s packets were so similar! I felt really good when i was on holiday. Funnily enough!!! PM me if you know where to purchase t4.
