Latest results, please could you advise?

Hi everyone!

I have been having hypo symptoms for a while now and these are my latest results…

Test taken 9:15AM. Fasted. Over 24 hrs since T4 dose. 11 1/4 hrs since last T3 dose.

Currently taking 125mcg Levo first thing in morning. Tiromel 6.25mcg 4AM and 4PM.

I would really appreciate your opinion on this!

Day before test you should take last T3 dose 8-12 hours before test….so at least after 8.30pm

So Ft3 result is falsely low ….

You could try splitting levothyroxine….taking half waking up and half at bedtime or with 2nd dose T3

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine

Hi SlowDragon, Thanks very much for getting back to me! I think you've mis-read my post. It was just over 11 hours since my last 6.25mcg dose of Tiromel.

ok …sorry yes…I assumed last dose was 4pm

Perhaps try adding another 1/4 T3 then and try approx 8 hours intervals between doses

Are you lactose intolerant?

Obviously Tiromel isn’t lactose free

Sorry, forgot to add...Regarding levo, Yes, for a long time now, Pharmacy2U sends me Teva
