* been on Levo for 5+yrs.

Yrs later, they gave me Norvasc for my heart problems from the complications of the Levo. Been taking both. My overall health has worsen gravely, my meds are killing me! Help

Sorry but the people who can help you will need to have more information to know how to advise you. Why exactly are you on Levo? Do you have blood tests you can post here? Some general history would be useful. Please post more before everyone wakes up and someone will be able to advise you on how to proceed.

I think if you have all of those symptoms then you really need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Especially as you are already taking medication fir your heart.

We have a friend who, after having covid, coughed so hard he passed out, fortunate.y he was sitting in the end of his bed so he was ok but hisGP was very concerned about that - think there was a medical term for it but I can’t remember what it is.

Anyway, I’d say you need to speak to your doctor asap - to me (I have no medical expertise - only my own life experiences) your symptoms all sound like heart symptoms. So I’d get to the doctor today.

We are well aware that all too many doctors are not as good as we'd wish regarding thyroid issues.

But in your case, you really MUST contact a real life doctor in person.

Few here have understanding of calcium channel blockers, etc., in general, and fewer still with NORVASC® (amlodipine besylate).

But for a UK version, it lists Oedema/Edema (swelling) as a Very common undesirable effect.

(Fainting while coughing is called cough syncope.)
