Magnesium Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency

Hi Could anyone help please

I have Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency & Hypothyroidism

I take Hydrocortisone as I don't produce any Cortisol & T4 & T3 & many other meds

I don't sleep hardly at all & was considering taking Magnesium

However I read that Magnesium lowers Cortisol

Does anyone know a type of Magnesium that doesn't lower Cortisol please?

This area really interests me, I’ve been reading and listening to podcasts on magnesium recently as my daughter and mother both suffer cramps.

yesterday I listened to this US podcast and the nutrition expert they had on talked a lot about salts and magnesium was in there. She’d be a good person to consult.
