Nobody can tell you. Some people do make a decent amount of Vit D naturally from the sun. Some of us don't. This is why we should test twice a year - once at the end of October/November to see what dose we need during the winter and once around May to see what dose we need during the summer.
I don't make Vit D in the summer so I need same daily dose all year round. I recently tested later than normal in July after we'd had the heatwave and my result was actually 20 points lower than when I last tested last October.
Note also there is significant conflict as to whether or not sun screen decreases the 25(OH)D we get which I suspect may/may not be one reason for person-person variations. This 2019 study pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/309... indicates no effect for SPF ~16 that they used but they conclude higher SPFs need checking.
