Hey there ;

I went up by 1/4 grain weekly increments until I reached a week when I felt uncomfortable in my skin and more anxious than normal

I dropped back down after those first few days of uncomfortableness and stayed on the lower dose and felt ok and stayed on the lower dose for 6-8 weeks and than ran my first blood test on NDT.

Are these new symptoms since increasing to 2 grains ?

How much were taking prior to this dose increase and how were you feeling then ?

What were your symptoms and what's different now ?

Are you checking twice daily your blood pressure, pulse and temperature - any changes in any of these ?
