Hi please could someone give comments on the following thyroid blood tests.
My sister is not on thyroid medication but had banged in loads of weight despite trying hard not to . Does this look like possible hypo ?

Be useful to get antibodies tested which would help diagnosis.
Fritillary339,
At a glance no but TSH can lag and hypothyroidism can present in different stages. With FT3 higher than FT4, it can indicate the start of subclinical if she has become symptomatic.
As Lalatoot suggests it would be useful to have TPOAb & TGAb (antibodies) tested as Hashimotos is the most common cause of hypo and if positive your sister would have a reason for her being symptomatic.
If I were her I would retest in several months and include thyroid antibodies unless she becomes very unwell and then test sooner. This test will have been useful for comparison.
