Hello everyone please can you help me with answer I start to take calcium lactate in powder form , because of my knee pains , and I’m in menopause. Any suggestions thank you 🙏

Why did you think calcium lactate would be good for knee pain? Did you get your calcium level tested first? You really don't want to over-dose on calcium supplements because they're very difficult to absorb and tend to build up in the soft tissues and arteries.
